Our family stay at Lords Grey was nothing short of perfect. The hotel strikes the ideal balance of warmth, luxury, and genuine hospitality — a true home away from home. Centrally located yet peaceful, it offered easy access to nearby sights, dining, and family-friendly walks. The neighborhood felt safe and scenic — ideal for kids and parents alike. Immaculate throughout. Rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless and fresh every day. We truly appreciated the attention to hygiene, especially while traveling with children. The staff were outstanding — warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, always with a smile and personal touch. We felt genuinely cared for. Additionally we also booked a cab through Lords Grey for a trip to Spiti and Chandratal, and the experience was incredible! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was knowledgeable, safe, and friendly. The journey was as memorable as the destination — truly one of the highlights of our trip.

We had a delightful stay at Lords Grey in Shimla with our family. The hospitality was warm and welcoming right from the moment we arrived. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and tastefully done. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Mall Road, which made exploring the city very convenient. What truly stood out was the panoramic view from our room — absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It added a magical touch to our stay.

We stayed at Lords Grey for 2 days and it was a perfect experience the rooms were near and clean ,the staff was humble ,overall the property is well maintained . The hotel is near the mall road just a 5 minutes walk and you are on the mall.We'll Definitely return.
